About Us

Addressing the critical need for diversity in the STEM workforce by supporting diverse STEM faculty

We are a data-driven center dedicated to broadening participation in the STEM professoriate through mentoring, networking, and professional development.  We use evidence-based strategies to increase production of STEM PhDs among scholars from historically underrepresented minority (URM) groups and to enhance pathways to academic careers. 

LS-PAC MODELS is funded by National Science Foundation and housed in Louisiana State University’s Office of Strategic Initiatives.
